Product Overview

The 10-20 series high-pressure centrifugal fan is professional industrial equipment specifically designed for high-pressure forced air supply and pneumatic conveying of bulk materials. It is widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical engineering, grain processing, and building materials industries.

This fan is engineered to convey air and other non-corrosive, non-explosive, non-self-igniting gases free of viscous substances. The medium temperature generally does not exceed 50°C (maximum allowable temperature 80°C), and the concentration of dust and hard fine particles in the gas must not exceed 150 mg/m³. All models feature a single-inlet configuration and D-type direct coupling drive for reliable and efficient operation.

  • High-Performance Q345 Impeller: Constructed from high-strength Q345 (16Mn) steel for excellent durability and pressure resistance. Features 12 pairs of evenly spaced long and short forward-curved blades welded between a four-arc-shaped shroud and flat disk. Integrated bladeless diffuser enhances pressure recovery efficiency. All impellers undergo strict static and dynamic balancing corrections.
  • Galvanized Steel Casing: Integral spiral-shaped casing welded from high-quality galvanized steel sheets providing superior corrosion resistance and structural strength. Precision manufacturing ensures tight air sealing and minimal leakage.
  • Optimized Convergent-Divergent Air Inlet: Integral convergent-divergent structure minimizes airflow resistance and improves inlet efficiency. Firmly fixed to the front cover plate with bolts for stable and reliable connection.
  • Reliable D-Type Direct Coupling Drive: All models adopt D-type direct coupling transmission with mechanical efficiency of 0.98. Main shaft made of high-quality steel for long service life. Integral bearing housing with rolling bearings lubricated by total-loss system oil.
  • Guaranteed Performance Standards: Performance points selected within range where total pressure efficiency exceeds 83%. Factory-tested performance ensures total pressure deviation does not exceed ±5% of design value. Motor capacity reserve factor of 1.15 ensures safe operation under varying load conditions.
