4-68 Series High-Efficiency Centrifugal Fan with Modular Casing and Multiple Transmission Options for Industrial Ventilation

The 4-68 series centrifugal fan is a high-efficiency industrial ventilation equipment designed for general factories and large buildings. It can be used for both air supply and exhaust applications. This fan is engineered to convey air and other non-flammable, non-toxic, non-corrosive gases to steel materials with a maximum temperature of 80℃. The conveyed gas must not contain viscous substances, and the content of dust and hard particles shall not exceed 150 mg/m³.

• High-Efficiency Impeller Design: Equipped with 12 backward-curved airfoil-shaped blades welded between an arc-conical wheel cover and a flat wheel disc. All impellers are made of high-quality steel plates and undergo strict static and dynamic balancing correction as well as overspeed operation tests. Excellent aerodynamic performance, high operating efficiency and stable operation.
• Modular Casing Structure: Volute-shaped casing welded from ordinary steel plates with good structural strength. Integrated non-detachable casing for models No.2.8~5 for compact installation. Three-part split casing for models No.16B and No.20B (divided horizontally and vertically), allowing vertical lifting of the rotor for easy maintenance.
• Optimized Air Inlet: Convergent streamlined integrated structure to minimize air resistance and improve airflow efficiency. Firmly fixed to the fan inlet side with bolts for reliable connection.
• Multiple Transmission Options:
  • Type A (Direct Drive): For models No.2.8~5, impeller and casing are directly fixed on the motor shaft and flange
  • Type C (Belt Drive): For models No.6.3~12.5, pulleys are located outside the bearings for easy speed adjustment
  • Type D (Coupling Drive): For models No.6.3~12.5, rigid coupling connection for high transmission efficiency
  • Type B (Belt Drive): For models No.16~20, pulleys are located between the bearings for stable operation of large fans
• Reliable Transmission Assembly: Main shaft made of high-quality steel for long service life. Integrated bearing housing with thermometer and oil level indicator for models No.6.3~12.5. Two parallel bearing seats with thermometers for models No.16B and No.20B, using bearing grease lubrication.
• Performance Guarantee: Factory-tested performance ensures that the full pressure value does not exceed ±5% of the rated value under the given flow rate. Performance points are divided into 7 equal parts within the 90% maximum efficiency range for precise selection.

Note: The above parameters are based on standard conditions (air temperature 20℃, atmospheric pressure 101325Pa, air density 1.2kg/m³). Performance conversion is required for non-standard working conditions.

• Rotation Direction: Right-hand (clockwise when viewed from the motor end) / Left-hand (counterclockwise when viewed from the motor end)
